Bundaberg Regional Galleries - Volunteers

“Being a volunteer gives me the opportunity to be part of the local art community and share our beautiful gallery with visitors”.

The Bundaberg Regional Council now runs a Cultural Facilities Volunteer program which allows volunteers to nominate to assist across more than one facility at either the Libraries, Galleries, and/or the Moncrieff Entertainment Centre.

At Bundaberg Regional Galleries we are very privileged to have a hard working and dedicated group of volunteers who provide great service to our many and varied visitors. The main aim of our volunteers is to provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming and enjoyable environment to all visitors of the galleries..

Volunteering with Bundaberg Regional Galleries offers a unique and rewarding opportunity for those interested in the arts. Our volunteers get to experience first-hand the diverse array of artworks in our exhibitions and our Collection; increase their knowledge of the arts, meet artists and arts professionals while simultaneously assisting the Gallery fulfill its role as the hub for arts and cultural activities in Bundaberg.
